Cancellation Policy

At Estetyka YYC, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your lash and brow appointments. We strive to be accommodating while also maintaining a fair and consistent cancellation policy. Firstly, if a customer fails to show up for their appointment after 15 minutes of the scheduled time, this will be considered an automatic cancellation. We ask that you please be prompt and arrive on time to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment time to another customer who may be waiting for an opening. We also ask that customers come to their appointment with clean lashes and brows, free of any makeup or residue. This ensures that we can apply lash extensions or tinting products effectively and safely. Additionally, we recommend that customers avoid caffeine before their appointment, as it can cause eye twitching and make the application process more challenging. As part of our commitment to quality service and client satisfaction, we sell lash bath products that we strongly recommend our customers to use regularly to keep their lashes clean and healthy. Therefore, we require that all customers agree to wash their lashes daily to maintain their health and longevity. Finally, if a customer is feeling unwell, we ask that they contact us as soon as possible to cancel their appointment. This not only allows us to reschedule the appointment but also protects our staff and other customers from exposure to illness. Thank you for your understanding of our cancellation policy.
